Declaration on the obligation to inform

In the following data protection declaration, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website. We collect and process personal data only on the basis of the legal provisions (Basic Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2003).

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the DSGVO.
