Can non-hotel guests join the breakfast buffet?
Yes, absolutely. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, you’re more than welcome to join us.

We recommend making a short reservation – but spontaneous visits are often possible as well.
When is the à-la-carte restaurant LUIS GARDEN open?
Our restaurant is open from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Hot meals are served until 9:00 pm, after that you can end the evening in a relaxed way with drinks and good conversations.
Summer closing days: Tuesday & Wednesday.
Are there any closing days at the restaurant?
Yes, during the summer season the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
On all other days, we’re here for you as usual – with good food and relaxed vibes.
Can non-hotel guests dine at the restaurant?
Yes, external guests are always welcome as well.
Feel free to reserve a table in advance or simply stop by spontaneously – we’re looking forward to seeing you.
When is the hotel bar open?
Our bar is open daily from 1:00 pm until approx. 11:00 pm.
The exact closing time depends on the vibe – as long as the good conversations keep going, we’re happy to stay open a little longer.

At our restaurant, the dress code is smart casual – relaxed, stylish and uncomplicated.
Is room service available?
Yes, absolutely.
For a small additional charge, we’ll bring food and drinks directly to your accommodation.
Can I charge food and drinks to my room bill?
Yes, very easily: simply sign the receipt and everything will be conveniently charged to your room bill.
Please note that changes afterwards are unfortunately not possible.

What spa facilities are available at MOUNTAIN LUIS?
Our wellness area is your place to unwind, relax and recharge.
You can look forward to: a heated pool with indoor access and gentle counter-current system (approx. 30 °C), a bubble bench for extra relaxing moments, the Acacia sauna (approx. 90 °C), a sanarium (approx. 55 °C), as well as cozy relaxation areas and a sunny terrace.
For your time out, you’ll also find a spa bag with bathrobe and towels, a tea station, changing rooms and showers.
What are the opening hours of the spa?
The wellness area is open for you daily:

From what age is the sauna area accessible?
The sauna area is a quiet and nude area and is therefore accessible from the age of 16.
Children aged 14 and older may enter when accompanied by an adult.
Please respect the calm atmosphere – this is all about relaxing, unwinding and enjoying the moment.
Can I book massages or wellness treatments?
At MOUNTAIN LUIS, we do not offer treatments directly at the hotel – but relaxation is just around the corner.
Only about 650 meters away (approx. 10 minutes walking distance), the Das Alpenhaus Kaprun welcomes you with a spacious wellness oasis.
Whether it’s a massage, facial treatment or beauty treatment – you can fully unwind and treat yourself there.

There is no fitness room directly at the hotel.
However, you can use the fitness area at our partner hotel Das Alpenhaus Kaprun free of charge – only about 650 meters away and open 24 hours a day.

Yes, everything is already prepared for you.
In your accommodation, you’ll find a spa bag with bathrobe and towels – ready for your wellness time.
Are slippers available at the hotel?
For sustainability reasons, we consciously avoid using disposable slippers.
Please bring your own slippers or flip-flops.
If you don’t have any with you, our reception team will be happy to help.

The 3K K-onnection directly connects Kaprun, Maiskogel and the Kitzsteinhorn.

How far is the ski bus stop from the hotel?
The ski bus stop is only about 200 meters from the hotel – perfect for a quick and uncomplicated start to your ski day.
Is the ski bus free of charge?
Yes, during winter you can use the ski bus in Kaprun free of charge – even without a ski pass.
